Khamis lepas tgk tayangan khas filem "Skyline" kat Tropicana City Mall..nampaknya 2 hari berturut tgk preview filem..hehehe...bukan selalukan...
Setelah tgk keseluruhan filem "Skyline" ni Adie bagi 2.5/5 bintang dan Adie leh katakan citer ni ibarat sebuah cerita cinta agung di zaman moden...hah mesti pelikkan bila korang baca...Adie ada sbb mengapa Adie boleh anggapkan filem "Skyline " ni sebegitu rupa.
Seperti yang ramai tahu atau mungkin ada yang belum tahu, filem "Skyline" ni adalah merupakan sebuah cerita penaklukan mahluk asing ke atas dunia seperti citer2 lain yg selalu Hollywood keluarkan...so kepada sesiapa yg suka filem2 bergenre sci-fi ni, mungkin filem ini akan anda tontoni juga.
Honestly, special effects are excellent, but that is all this endurance has to offer..For me, the promo is better than the film!...ni promo dia kat bawah ni

Adie dapati plot citer yg agak lemah mengenai semua org di dunia dimakan dan di asimilasi oleh multi tentacled, lighted eyes, 'things' of various sizes that drop into Los Angeles from space. All humans are de-brained and eaten. No explanation, reason, or plot. End of story.
And the reason why Adie say this film is a modern sci-fi love film becoz at the end of the film where Jarrod and Elaine are trapped and realize that they are doomed, together, they both look into the blue light of an alien ship. They embrace as they are sucked into the ship. It is then showed that the entire world is being decimated by these aliens. On board the alien spacecraft, Elaine watches as Jarrod's brain is removed from his body. She is spared this fate, however, when the alien sorter realizes that she is pregnant. Instead, Elaine is transported to another chamber, where she is prepped for the aliens to steal her unborn baby from her womb. When Jarrod's brain is inserted into an alien body, the alien possesses his memories because he has been exposed to the aliens' toxin enough to be resistant to it. Recognizing Elaine, the alien with Jarrod's brain rescues her from the other aliens.
Thru out the film, it's more focusing on the relationship between Jarrod and Elaine. The up and down side of their relationship. The invasion is just an add on to the relationship. Maybe other see this film more to alien invasion, but for me, it's more to love story.
Erm malas nak membebel lagi coz akan ada lagi beberapa preview filem bakal dihadiri...hehehhe..oh ya ending citer ni menunjukkan ada lagi sequel...so kalau rasa ingin menonton pergilah menonton sekarang ya sbb dah berada di pawagam bermula 12.11.2010
